ORDERING

Navigate through the available products and simply select your size, colour and quantity preference and click "ADD TO CART". Once your shopping is complete, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

At this point you must either create an account by entering your details or login as an existing customer. Follow the prompts through the payment process.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

For all deliveries within Australia the charge is $15.00 inc. GST. For all International shipments, we charge a flat rate of $30.00.

Please note all sale items will be sent via regular registered Australia Post.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders placed by 2:00 P.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped on the same day via Express Australia Post within Australia, or via Registered Post internationally. In the case of international shipping delivery time varies according to destination, please allow up to 10 business days.

For orders placed after 2:00PM there is all likelihood, but no guarantee of same day despatch via Express Australia Post within Australia or via Registered Post internationally.

If your order is placed on a public holiday or weekend, it will be despatched the following business day.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Raw Edge Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.

Please note all sale items are sent via regular registered Australia Post. Therefore delivery is estimated to be within 2-4 days depending on destination.

 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership and risk of damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please note: Raw Edge Boutique cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

 

SALE DELIVERY DELAYS

Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow minimum 3-5 business days for delivery. Please include your full name, order number and best daytime contact number with your query and a staff member will be in contact with you within 24 hours.

 

RETURNS

 

Exchanges

We will happily offer you an exchange for incorrect sizing. No exchange for sale items. Should there be an issue with your order we request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Our Exchange policy is strictly within 7 days of purchase by first requesting an authorisation to return via email, info@rawedgeboutique.com.au

We are unable to accept goods that are not in their original sale condition. All swing tags must be on your item.

The cost of the return freight is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via Registered Express Post with Signature on Delivery as postage. This ensures your item is trackable and secure. Lost or damaged returned parcels are not the responsibility of Raw Edge Boutique.

 

Refunds

We will happily offer you a refund on items purchased online. No refund for sale items. Should there be an issue with your order we request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Intimates/Jewellery Returns

In order to protect our customers, Raw Edge Boutique can not accept returns (refunds or exchanges) on underwear or earrings, unless assessed as faulty. Please select your underwear and earrings carefully.
